Back in the U.S.S.R. ?

 No, I am not talking about the Beatles' song from 55 years ago. I am talking about the Biden administration and the tale of two guys referred to as "Uncle Joe". 

Let's start with the two guys called Uncle Joe. First, we have Joseph Stalin from the USSR. Stalin had a bad habit of killing off his political opponents. He changed the USSR from an agricultural economy into the second most industrialized country in the world. Along the way, he killed off thousands of his enemies. Stalin became "Uncle Joe" during World War 2 as the American media sought to improve his image so that Americans would support helping the USSR against Germany. The media turned him into "Uncle Joe" because his image as a ruthless killer of his fellow Soviets who opposed him might be too much for Americans. Getting Americans to support one murdering tyrannical dictator against another (Hitler) was going to be a bigger job that Roosevelt could do alone, so the media changed Stalin to "Uncle Joe".

In the 1930's "Uncle Joe" Stalin created "show trials". These trials were where his enemies were put on trial for trying to oppose his dictatorial changes in the USSR. These trials were all for "show". The judges were hand selected. The evidence was all created to order. The verdicts were decided before the trial was started. No one put on trial in the Stalin years actually thought that they might be found not guilty. The state media were all on the side of "Uncle Joe". They didn't want to be the defendant in a "show trial".

Today in the United States, we have our own "Uncle Joe" Biden. The media tries to portray him as an elderly guy who is the complete family man. He just wants us all to get along. He only wants what is best for the country. They have created an image of a guy who just wants the best for the United States. Of course, all of this is just a charade. While some in the media seek to show "Uncle Joe" as a rerun of the bumbling "Uncle Joe" Carson from Petticoat Junction, the reality is far from that. 

So now we are experiencing a wave of "show trials" in the United States. It started with the trials of the January 6 protesters. The vast majority of the January 6 protesters did nothing more than protesters have done in marches across the country. Why are January 6 protesters treated so much differently than Black Lives Matter protesters? Where were the trials for the protesters in the riot at Lafayette Park across the street from the White House? Why didn't the Mayor of D.C. allow the District police help the Secret Service at this protest? Why isn't anyone in the mainstream media asking these questions? Why do you have to read this swill to see these questions?

This brings us to the trials of Donald Trump. The State of New York is determined to destroy Trump's business. Why? Because he must be punished for daring to oppose the liberal regime in America. Can anyone look at the buffoon/judge hearing this case and not realize that this clown was handpicked for this case? It's like Judge Slutkan in D.C. Does anyone really believe that she was "chosen at random"? By the way, I am a big believer in the idea that only God can make a truly random selection. Judge Slutkan was not picked by God. 

The whole case about Trump and the "secret" documents is a product of the administrative state at the National Archives hating Republicans. They are treating Trump completely different than other Presidents. Why isn't the press talking about the documents that Biden kept from his Senate and VP days that he was not even allowed to possess?  

In Georgia, Trump is being charged with "racketeering". To believe this, you have to first believe that it is against the law to challenge election results. I don't remember anyone indicting Al Gore for racketeering. Has the Fulton County DA read either the Constitution or a history book? In 1960, Hawaii sent two slates of electors to Washington and let Congress sort it out. Willis would have booked one set into her jail. She claims that what happened 60 years ago in another state has no bearing on Georgia. Does she know anything about the Presidential Election of 1876? Does she know anything? 

Why are DA's in crime ridden cities so worried about Donald Trump? Why aren't they trying to protect their citizens from robberies and violence? Do you think that people are more worried about Trump's investments than about their personal safety? When was the last time that Trump pulled off a carjacking? Has Trump broken into any homes? Is Trump hustling fentanyl down on the corner? Why haven't people who allege to be "reporters" asked these questions of those DA's?

Why is Donald Trump treated differently than every other former President? When were all of these laws passed that apply to only Trump? This is happening because this is what "Uncle Joe" Biden wants to happen. Make no mistake about it. If Joe Biden didn't want this to happen, it would not. 

Joe Biden sits at the top of the United States government. He is responsible for the actions of that government. Merrick Garland and the FBI do not perform as they do without the endorsement of "Uncle Joe". Nobody is trying to jail Trump without Biden's approval. 

So, like everything else in his career, Biden is not doing anything that is original. He is plagiarizing the whole concept of "show trials" and jailing his opponents from "Uncle Joe" Stalin. At the end of the day, we are "Back in the U.S.S.R."

I Love Stupid People (Ver 10.27)

 To paraphrase "Whispering Bill" Anderson of country music fame and fortune, "God must love stupid people, he made so many of them."

Any doubt that our college campuses are filled with imbeciles has been erased in the last three weeks. To top that, the elite imbeciles are in the Ivy League schools. They are just talking their way out of good jobs in the future. Some have already had job offers retracted. Memo to Ivy League morons: Don't call for eliminating Jews before checking the leadership of the company where you seek employment.

Antisemitism is making a huge return to America, and it is happening on our college campuses. College students hate conservatives. They like to call conservatives "Nazis". Have they read a history book? The Nazis tried to exterminate the Jews. 

Now this new wave of college students wants to get rid of the Jews. They are walking around with signs expressing their hatred for Jews. Who could have seen this one coming? Who knew that anyone could be this frigging stupid? Liberal college students are the new gold standard for stupid. These students will be the standard by which stupid is measured for years to come. 

If you are a liberal college student and you are protesting against Jews, you need to see what a real Nazi looks like. Check a mirror for an up-close view of a real Nazi.

Sadly, there is a group that is even more stupid than the leftist college students. I will say it nicely. The group is called "Queers for Palestine". There is a remote chance that there is another group with bigger idiots than "Queers for Palestine", I just hope to never encounter them.

Are the "Queers for Palestine" completely unaware of the position of Islam about homosexuals? There aren't any lines to get into a gay club in Gaza. There aren't any clubs or gays. They kill homosexuals in Muslim countries. We won't even get into the whole "trans" thing. Suffice it to say, nobody in Gaza is talking about "transitioning". 

All of these idiots are walking around with a smartphone and yet no one has checked to see Palestine's view on homosexuality. Does anyone think anything through? Let's face it, "Queers for Palestine" is as stupid as "Blacks for the Klan". And I have never seen anyone with a sign like that.

It's now time to unveil the King of Stupid. The winner is the Biden Administration. There are no special awards for individual stupidity as they all read from the same script. They all use the exact same words. They are all busy telling Israel that their response to Hamas needs to be "proportional". Let's see, Hamas staged a surprise attack on Israel. They killed hundreds of unarmed people at a music festival. They raped and killed women. They killed and beheaded babies. They took hundreds of people hostage and took them back to Gaza. And now the Biden administration is cautioning Israel to make a "proportional" response. Exactly, what would "proportional" be? 

 The Biden Administration has told Israel to make sure that they follow the "laws of war". "Laws of war" are for civilized nations to follow. The attack by Hamas violated the "laws of war". So why should Israel be compelled to follow the " laws of war"? This is a fight for the survival of Israel. 

From my viewpoint, I think that "proportional" would be showering Gaza City with enough tactical nukes so that it glows in the dark. Then bring in Debby Boone to sing "You Light up My Life". 

Just to be fair about this, in 1941 the Japanese staged a sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. Three and a half years later, we dropped nuclear bombs on Japan. Was that "proportionality"? Let's review those "laws of war" one more time. 

About 35 years ago, I worked with a guy (who was not one of the stupid people) from Lebanon. We were talking about the Mid East situation when he said, "It is widely accepted that civilization started somewhere between the Tigris and the Euphrates. At the rate the world is going, that is probably where it will end."

Let's help these Palestinians?

 

High Maintenance Voters

 If you read the title and thought, "He's going to write about Democrats," you can go to the head of the class. 

A man in New York has been sentenced in federal court to seven months in prison for posting a meme telling people that they could vote for Hillary by texting their vote. The feds claim that this was an attempt to "suppress the black and brown vote". WOW!! Usually, even Democrats won't say the really stupid part out loud. 

Back in the Stone Age, when I was just learning to walk upright without my knuckles dragging the ground, we voted on Election Day. After voting, Fred, Barney and I would usually go grab a couple of bronto-burgers. No one does that anymore. We don't have Election Day; we have election season. Why? Because Democrats have to cater to the voters who make up the swing voter group that keep Democrats in office. If not for these voters, Democrats would have to get real jobs.

We used to vote on Election Day. Now we have anywhere between a couple of weeks and a month of "early voting". Why? Because Democrat voters can't get anywhere at a designated day and time. It's too much for us to expect them to get their asses to the polls and vote on one specified day. Why can a majority of Republicans make it to the polls on Election Day, but Democrats cannot do that? How does that work?

Why indeed? This brings us to High Maintenance Voters or HMV if you are a government worker. HMV, either High Maintenance Voters or Hates Moving Voluntarily, you choose. HMVs have to be transported by the Democrats to the polls. Makes you wonder how they get to the grocery store, the liquor store or the overpriced athletic shoe store.  WAIT!! I forgot the smart phone store.

Having transported them to the polls, Democrats then have to furnish them with a sample ballot showing which deadbeat Dems that they are to support. God knows the world might end if an HMV voted for someone with an "R" after their name. While the HMVs wait in line at the polls, Democrats have to keep them fed and watered. If you are a Republican, you have to bring your own water and snacks. I have never waited so long in a line to vote that I needed provisions, but I am not an HMV. 

After they have finished voting, the Democrats take the HMVs for a beer run. Pardon me, they return them to their homes.

So, what should we do? First, go back to voting on one day. Open the polls from midnight to midnight so that everyone including HMVs can make it there to vote. Second, use paper ballots. I realize that Dominion Voting Systems claims that their machines cannot be hacked or otherwise manipulated. Since Pentagon, CIA, and bank computers can be hacked, I doubt the veracity of the Dominion claims. Go ahead and sue me guys! 

Eliminate this "ballot drop box" shit. When the IRS starts accepting returns and cash payments at those boxes, we can talk.

Finally, free that poor son of a bitch in New York on this insane idea that he tried to suppress voting by "brown and black people". How does the court know that white people didn't read that meme? Do you have to be brown or black to be stupid enough to believe that? Does the Justice Department seriously believe that white people aren't stupid enough to believe that meme? I have some former employees that I want them to meet. 

Did no one read that meme and think "I should check to see if that is true?" I realize that everyone's reaction is "I saw it on the Internet. It must be true." If you really believed that you could vote by texting, sent me your name and email address immediately. Since we are discussing voting, I will need your Social Security number also. Tell me that you saw it on Tik Tok.

If you believe that you can vote by texting, you are just too stupid to vote. Maybe you can have Hillary Clinton get you in on some of that "reprogramming" shit that she is hustling now. 

What really amazes me is that none of these HMVs or schmucks as I prefer to call them, bothered to use their smartphones to verify the idea of voting by text. We live in a country where the poor are dying of obesity, and they use an $800 smartphone to check their Food Stamp balance. Yet no one bothered to check with Mr. Google on how to vote by text. WOW!! There really is no cure for stupid!

Maybe we could go back to literacy tests for voters. They would get all of those college kids out of the lines at the polls!

Thursday Thoughts

 I really don't want Donald Trump to run for President this time. I wrote about this several months ago, but Trump didn't listen to me. Who didn't see that coming? I still think that it is time to turn the operation of the government to some folks a good bit younger than the current crop of clowns. Who looked at Diane Feinstein and thought "She looks like she is up to the job."? 

I wrote the other day that a federal judge is 77 times more likely to die in office than being removed by impeachment. Senators are probably even more likely to die on the job. Of course, there are some in the Senate that you are going to need a doctor to decide if they are dead or alive.

I had hopes that Nikki Haley would be a good vice-presidential candidate. Of course, that was before the last few weeks where she has transformed into that Crazy Old Aunt that is in every Southern family. I hate to be crude Nikki, but you need to shut the hell up for a couple of weeks.

Why doesn't Trump just file a suit against Biden and Merrick Garland for conspiring to deny him of his constitutional rights? I think that asking for a billion dollars in damages would be a good start.

What idiot in the Joe Biden nursing corps decided that taking a guy to an active war zone who can't go up a set of stairs without falling would be a good idea? Are they trying to make him a martyr?  Will they refer to him as St. Joe of Scranton? He will be the patron saint of idiots and liars. 

Are aircraft from the USS Gerald Ford keeping an air cap over the airport where Air Force One is parked? If not, why not? Are they just going to wait for the Palestinians to launch some missiles before doing anything?

The Democrats got hammered in Louisiana on Saturday. The Republicans elected Jeff Landry to be the next governor of Louisiana. This was made possible because the Democrats stayed at home. I guess that they all thought that they would just wait and vote in the runoff election, which is now not needed after Landy got over 50% of the vote. There will be one white Democrat left in the new Louisiana Senate next year. There are also reports that some of the black Democrats in the Louisiana House are going to defect to the Republicans. 

In a few weeks, Virginia elections will determine the makeup of their legislature. If the Republicans take control of both houses in the legislature, the Democrats will start looking for a candidate to replace Biden. 

How will Joe find his way off stage in the Middle East this week unless Dr. Jill is there to direct him? 

Are the Democrats engaging in "elder abuse" by keeping Biden in office?

I was reading some other loon's writings the other day about the upcoming Presidential election. He thinks that Michelle Obama will be the Democrat's choice after Biden drops out. I am not sure that "Big Mike" is up to the public scrutiny of an election.

In New York, a federal judge has sentenced a man to seven months in prison for an Internet post that told people they could vote for Hillary Clinton by texting. The federal government claims that this was an attempt to suppress the votes of "brown and black voters". So, they are sending this guy to prison because he demonstrated that the core of the Democratic Party is too stupid to understand how to vote?  It is just another liberal attack on free speech but is also a liberal admission that their voters are stupid. 

It won't be long before "free speech" is on the top of the Endangered Species list.

The current crop of college students ranks as the dumbest of all time. Who would have thought that protesting against the people who donate huge sums of money to colleges would have resulted in the donations being stopped? Anyone other than a college student would have known. 

The University of Pennsylvania will soon be on a financial life support system. At Penn, some trustees who signed a letter criticizing the university's leadership, were asked by the leadership to resign. You might be a dumbass if you think this was a good idea. 

College students in America are marching to support a group that staged a surprise attack on a music festival where people were slaughtered, and some women raped. There is also evidence that these same people butchered and killed babies. American college students are claiming that these killers are justified in their actions. Let's just airdrop all of these students into Gaza and let them discover reality.

In the city of South Fulton, Georgia police finally responded to neighborhood complaints about a house being used as a weekend strip club and a drug dealership. Neighbors have been complaining for four (4) months without results. Early Sunday morning after a license plate search showed a stolen car in the driveway, police called in the SWAT Team. They found two stolen cars, drugs, a stolen gun, stolen IDs and stolen credit cards. They arrested the four squatters living there. Why am I including this story here? Because the City Council woman representing this district, Carmalitha Gumbs, wants the City Council to take action against the people who own vacant homes. She claims that the homeowners are responsible for squatters taking over their property because the homes are vacant. This woman is obviously a liberal. In her world the squatters and thieves are the victims. Five will get you ten that she supports the Palestinians.

Memo to Judge Chutkan

 Judge Chutkan Slutkan, I am fascinated by your claims that government employees should not be subject to criticism. I have reread the First Amendment several times and can find no mention of the right of government employees to avoid criticism. Possibly, you could direct me to the statute that describes this unique protection. Why are judicial employees exempt from criticism?

I spent my life in the restaurant business. Restaurants and their employees used to be subject to the whims of "reviews" in the newspapers. That model has been expanded now by the onslaught of "social media". Suddenly, everyone with a "smartphone" is a critic. "Influencers" and other schmucks who have never worked trying to serve the public criticize restaurants and employees for all kinds of absurd reasons. Nobody is getting a gag order for criticizing restaurant employees online.

Actors and actresses get criticized for their performances every day. Maligning overpaid athletes is the reason that the Internet exists for millions of Americans. If the Republican Party didn't exist, MSNBC would have to create it to give themselves someone to criticize. 

Have you ever heard anyone praise the Post Office and their employees? Heard any great stories about anyone's experience at the DMV office? Tell me about the last time that someone praised the IRS and their employees. Even law enforcement officials are criticized. I am willing to bet that a review of your past rulings and comments would find some criticisms in one of your rulings.

So why do you believe that prosecutors and judges and their staffs are immune from criticism? Don't waste your breath telling me about protecting the integrity of the judicial system. The judicial system is on life support. It fails more frequently every day. You are a federal judge; you have a lifetime job. How many federal judges lose their jobs every year? I just looked that up and since 1803 only 15 federal judges have been impeached. Of these only 8 have been convicted and removed. Eight judges removed in 220 years is an unbelievable figure. There's better chance that you will be taken away by a UFO than you will be impeached and removed from your job. You were appointed to your post by a closet homosexual Communist who may have actually come to earth from a UFO. Check out the glide angle on Obama's ears. How long does it take the average person to produce a birth certificate? But I digress. The federal judicial system is broken. I am for federal judges having a ten-year term. Given the level of corruption in the government, I don't see that happening before my checkout time.

This has nothing to do with my point here, but I also researched the number of federal judges who died while in active service. Since 1789, 622 federal judges have died while in active service. That means that a federal judge is 77 times more likely to die in office than to be removed from office. This is a new meaning for the term "deadwood". 

How can the job performance of most of Americans be criticized but not the performance of federal employees? You have a guy running the Department of Injustice who has no idea (according to his testimony in Congress) about what is going on there, but he's sure that it is nothing bad. I am sorry, but if your law clerk or an Attorney General is an idiot, we are all entitled to talk about it. If there is a ban on defendants attacking you verbally, them where is the ban on you criticizing them? Oh wait! That returns us to that discussion on the two-tier system for justice in America.

Jack Smith Shit is a political attack hack for hire. Jack Shit is the poster boy for those of us who recognize that there is a two-tier system of justice in this country. If you disagree with this, send me a list of the sentences that you handed down to Black Lives Matter rioters in Washington, DC. Tell me about the sentences given to the people who demonstrated on the day of Trump's inauguration. If the majority of the January 6 protesters had been black, it would have been labeled as "a mostly peaceful protest". If they had been liberals, they would have been praised for insight and their views. They were conservatives, so they must be punished. You even sentenced some to longer terms than the federal government sought for them. Have you considered looking up "justice" in a dictionary?

Donald Trump claims that the Biden-Obama administration is trying to silence him. Thanks for proving that he was right. Trump can't say anything but the DOJ leaks information to the New York Times, CNN and MSNBC at an incredible rate. Try to explain to me how this is fair. 

Your job is to see that people get a fair trial. The reviews are in, you suck at this. You aren't a real judge; you are a political plant out to remake the United States in a liberal image. When the next American revolution comes ..............

 

Gag me?

 The federal judge presiding over the kangaroo court in Washington, D.C. has issued a "limited" gag order for Donald Trump. In the midst of a campaign for the President of the United States, Judge Tanya Chutkan has decided that she is going to limit the ability of one candidate to proclaim his innocence and speak about the blatantly obvious conspiracy to silence him.

When we arrive at the point in this nation when people are not allowed to proclaim their innocence while the prosecution is free to say anything they want, justice is officially dead. Call the coroner!!! 

The judge does not like Trump saying bad things about those who persecute him and the judicial system that enables this persecution. It's not like Trump is calling her "Judge Slutkan". Has he referred to Jack Smith as Jack Shit? When you seek to destroy the nation as the prosecution does, I think that you should expect a little backlash. If you think that you deserve respect, earn it. Try making rulings that are within the law. 

The idea that Jack Smith Shit is anything other than a politically driven attack dog is absurd. George Parry of the American Spectator said it best, "Will he (Trump) announce at campaign rallies that he is no longer permitted to describe Smith as a deranged thug?" Trump can work around this gag order. The question is "What will be the judge's next foray into destroying free speech?" Free speech is not always pretty, but it should not be outlawed in the "pursuit of justice".

Judge Slutkan said that Trump's comment that Washington is a "filthy crime-ridden embarrassment" was "disparaging". Sometimes the truth hurts. I sell old Life magazines in my "Stuff for Sale" enterprise. I also sell a few other old publications. I have a few Popular Mechanics, Saturday Evening Posts and a few Look magazines. My favorite of these is a 1962 issue of Look with a cover story about Rio and a pretty girl in a bikini on it. I have passed up offers to buy it just because I like to keep it as a talking point with customers about how nothing ever changes. Why? Because one headline in the upper corner is "Washington DC - Crime-Ridden Capital City". Has Judge Slutkan taken action against the existence of this publication? Why is it that sixty years later we still have this problem?  I will tell you what is "disparaging", the truth about crimes in Washington.

Does Judge Slutkan wear blinders as she drives into work? Do they just airdrop her ass at the front door of the courthouse? How can she work as a judge in Washington and not see the crime around her? Two weeks ago, Congressman Heny Cuellar was carjacked at gunpoint in his driveway less than a mile from the Capitol. The judge is too busy trying to put conservatives into jail for protesting like liberals to notice the crime in DC. How many BLM activists has she sentenced to long prison terms for the 2020 riot in front of the White House at Lafayette Park? Wait! I forgot, that was one of those "mostly peaceful" riots. No one other than Secret Service officers were injured there. Nothing screams "two-tier justice system" like the treatment of demonstrators in DC. 

The most absurd claim in the entire proceeding is that Trump's comments might affect the jury pool in Washington. Jack Smith Shit brought this case in the District of Columbia where 92.15% of the voters voted for Joe Biden. Donald Trump got 5.4% of the vote and Jack Shit is worried that Trump's comments will sway the jury pool. Are you serious? This is an argument from the theater of the absurd!

Judge Slutkan's most insane claim is that Joe Biden is not involved in this case. Really? Joe Biden is the reason this case exists. Joe Biden is the guy who said on video, “We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run, making sure he — under legitimate efforts of our Constitution — does not become the next president again,” 

Let me track this down for you. Jack Smith Shit is an employee of the Justice Department. The Justice Department is part of the Executive Branch The head of the Executive Branch is Joe Biden. There is a direct line between Joe Biden and the Justice Department. If Joe Biden wants Donald Trump prosecuted, the Justice Department does that. For Judge Slutkan to say that Joe Biden is not involved is as ridiculous as the claim that Trump's comments might affect the jury pool.

How do you kill eleven million people? You lie to them. Smith and Chutkan are lying to us.

Satireday Short Shots

 Uncle Fester, Democrat Senator from PA, appeared on The Late Show the other night and told us that "America is not sending their best and brightest, you know, to Washington, D.C."  How can anyone hear Fester say that and reply with anything other than "No shit!!"  What words of wisdom will next cross the lips of Uncle Fester? Will he next tell us that America does not send their best dressed to serve in D.C.? This schmuck has three college degrees and doesn't understand "irony". Does he not understand what the words that he speaks mean?

I turned on the television this morning hoping to see an attorney looking for people who paid to send their children to Harvard and now want their money back. It should be a class action suit soon. What's it like to spend that much money for college and find out that the university has produced a racist idiot for your investment?

There seems to be a lot of trouble brewing for liberal college presidents that is coming from their deep-pocketed donors. I guess that donors are surprised by this level of stupid from people who have allegedly been "educated".  Having spent my life working with young people, I have not been surprised. Why would I be surprised by the lack of knowledge that college students show about Israel when I once had a college student ask if I had fought in the Civil War? 

Mitt Romney has labeled both the Democrat and Republican parties as "schizophrenic". Here's a classic case of "The pot calling the kettle black." Even for Mitt, that's pretty stupid. Maybe he needs to meet with Uncle Fester, and they can discuss "irony". 

Bill Maher is being attacked by "progressives" after he said that progressives' race-first mentality is what drove the KKK for years and made them dangerous. He also said, "It's amazing that black lives don't seem to matter when they are taken by other black lives." Somebody must have spiked his coffee with truth serum before the show.

If God made anything dumber than a college student, he kept it to himself.

The UAW continues to support President Joe Biden and the Democrats even though 40% of their members will lose their jobs as automakers shift to producing electric vehicles. I am guessing that the union leaders are Harvard grads.

Has anyone stopped to consider the impact of electric vehicles on other businesses? How will electric trucks with the current towing range of less than 100 miles affect the sale of RV's? Maybe Biden will turn his beach house into a B&B. The president of Ford recently took a road trip with one of their electric trucks. He was actually honest enough to discuss some of the issues. He didn't do like Energy Secretary Granholm and have a staffer go ahead of him in a gas-powered car to "hold" a charging station for her, so she didn't have to wait. 

Energy Secretary Granholm, just another phony. The Democrats lead the universe in "Rules for thee, but not for me." We used to call people like these frauds. Now, we just ask what high government position they hold.

When I was young, I liked to watch baseball. It used to be that by this time, the middle of October, the World Series was wrapping up. Now, it will start in another week or so. I'm so old that I remember the expression, "The Boys of October". Now, they have to hustle to get it finished by Veterans Day.

How stupid are liberals? I saw video of a protest where the Pro Palestine crowd was shouting at the Jewish Israeli supporters. They were calling the Jews, "Nazis". We need to redefine "stupid". How little do you have to know to understand the insanity of this?

How do you kill eleven million people? You lie to them.

 

It's Time

 Unless you have been in Washington, DC for the last six days, you are aware of the terrorist attack on Israel by the Palestinian group Hamas. The scenes display a wave of barbarism previously unseen on television. So, while the Israeli military goes into overdrive to seek out and kill the terrorists, a few thoughts.

First, why are most of the Democrats missing in action on the news about this? Why are the "Squad" members getting a pass on this issue? Why did Chuck Schumer challenge China's leaders on their initial statement but has failed to challenge congressional Democrats?

Fox News sent a reporter to get a response from Rep. Tlaib. The famed Squad member and Congresswoman would not answer a question asking her about Hamas beheading babies in Israel. She spoke not a word as the reporter asked her repeatedly about this issue. 

Tlaib has a Palestinian flag outside of the door at her Congressional office. Why do we allow anything other than state and federal flags in a Congressional office building? If Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries had any balls or brains, he would tell Tlaib to get rid of that flag. But he's a liberal, so he is simply meeting my expectations by doing nothing. Democrats are the same people who want to ban Confederate symbols but are okay with Palestinian symbols in our Congressional buildings. You have to love that level of hypocrisy and stupidity.

Some Democrat defended Tlaib by saying that she is a Palestinian. Pardon me, her parents are Palestinians. She was born in the United States, she is an American.

Does anyone really believe that there is no connection between Biden releasing $6 billion to Iran and the attack on Israel by Hamas? Maybe the tooth fairy gave that money to Hamas?

Why aren't people calling for Democratic leaders to denounce extremism and racism like they did for Republicans during the summer of 2020? For liberals, black lives matter but Israeli lives don't? In New York City they held a pro Palestine rally. Really? Who rallies to support terrorism? College students are busy redefining stupidity. The future of our country is looking dimmer. 

How bad is this for the Democratic Party? Late Monday, Playboy magazine announced that they were cutting their ties with porn star Mia Khalifa over her views on the attacks by Hamas. In an email Playboy said, “Mia has made disgusting and reprehensible comments celebrating Hamas’ attacks on Israel and the murder of innocent men, women and children,” So, Playboy has higher moral standards than the Democratic Party. WOW!!

It's time to wipe out the Palestinian terrorists. Remember the Munich Olympics? How about the Achille Lauro? How about TWA Flight 847? In my business, we call this a trend. Palestinian terrorists are showing no signs of letting up. It will never end as long as one is left alive. Israel needs to go into Gaza and treat Palestinian terrorists like the terrorists treated Israeli babies and women. It's time to eradicate this disease.

Terrorists are like weeds. Unless you kill the roots, they will be back next year.

Justice for Trump?

 I am fascinated by liberals and their concept of justice. The homes of Supreme Court Justices are protected by federal law from people protesting there. Protests were held in front of several residences after the Dobbs decision. How many people did the DOJ charge for this crime? If you guessed zero, you are on target. People who protested at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, are either still being charged or are in prison. How can this be? "It be" because the Department of Justice is a branch of the Democratic Party and needs to be reconstructed from the bottom up. Actually, I would prefer that it be dissolved, and their buildings leveled. However, there are those who find this idea a little extreme. Hang on guys, you will see the light soon.

The only thing worse than the United States Department of Justice would be the entire legal system in the state of New York. New York, where criminals run free, believes that it is the center of the universe. This is correct only if we are talking about the universe of stupidity. 

Letitia James. the New York Attorney General, ran for office claiming that she was going to get up every morning suing Donald Trump. First, we need to strike any concept of her being fair and impartial from the entire discussion. So, while one cannot walk the streets of Manhattan safely, she strives to make sure that banks in New York make substantial profits from doing business with Donald Trump. She claims that Trump kept banks from making more profits by manipulating the value of his properties. While Biden tells us that hidden bank fees are the biggest financial demon we are facing, James fights for banks to make more money. Yes, Democrats really are that stupid.

"Jawbone of an Ass" James is a classic case of politicians not knowing anything about business. She claims that Trump overvalued his properties for some purposes and undervalued them for others. Welcome to free enterprise! She claims that Trump overvalued his properties to get better rates on loans. If a bank takes a borrower's word on property values, they are too stupid to stay in business. Someone needs to introduce James to the concept of "appraisals". Rest assured that if Donad Trump wanted to borrow $100 million on a piece of property, the bank had an appraisal done. If not. they are as stupid as James. If you know anyone in this country who has received a tax bill and called the government claiming that their property was undervalued and undertaxed, call me immediately! What government asks the property owner to set their own property values? 

I live in historic Caswell County, North Carolina. At no point in the last thirty years has the tax department asked me to tell them the value of my property. They have their own appraisers who do this. If I disagree with the appraisal, I am free to appeal this decision. How does the New York system work?

Let's get this out of the way early. There is no correlation between "tax value" and the retail sales price. Why not? Because retail sales price includes constantly changing factors that the tax man doesn't know or understand. So, the idiot Democratic Congressman in Florida wanting the tax department to appraise Mar-A-Lago at the value Trump stated is obviously an idiot. Why don't we have the tax department start with the Congressman's house and go from there? 

There are a couple of good things to come out of the court proceedings against Trump so far. First, we may have found the identity of Chuck "the Schmuck" Schumer's girlfriend. When a social media post asks, "Is this Chuck Schumer's girlfriend?" and the judge responds by issuing a gag order, the truth has been unearthed. This is a response so out of proportion that the statement must be valid. Second and the most important thing is that Trump does not have the worst men's hairstyle in the courtroom. The judge is the "combover king".  You can't look at that judge without the word "buffoon" entering your mind. What the hell are these guys thinking? It would save a lot of time to just own up to being bald. Look at Joe Biden. He did the hair plug thing on his head years ago and now it just looks like a bad crop of wheat. Embrace baldness!!

From the indictment to the trial, this is all just setting up a long appeal process where Letitia James will be shown to be a complete idiot and a political whore. More to follow.

Matt Gaetz, Moron At Large?

 Matt Gaetz is a politician. No one should ever confuse Matt with a public servant or a statesman. Matt exists to serve Matt. He actually does a few things that I like. Matt is good at asking questions that get to the root of problems. He can work complex issues down to simple terms. His problem is that he cannot go from diagnosing the problem to solving the problem. Matt is a politician because his father was a politician. However, a parent doing a job well does not guarantee that their child will be able to do the job. 

In the interest of "full disclosure", Matt represents the 1st District of Florida, where one of my sisters and her husband live. My sister worked for the Okaloosa County school system when Don Gaetz, Matt's father, was the superintendent there. So, the Gaetz family are not complete strangers to me.

Matt hates Kevin McCarthy. I am okay with that; I have hated lots of people with whom I have worked. But the goal is still to accomplish something. Matt talks a lot but accomplishes nothing of value. 

Matt attacked McCarthy for working with Democrats to pass a spending bill to keep the government open. The bill was an extension for 45 days. In my world, that means that you get right to work to get real spending bills put together. I don't care if you have to work nights and weekends, you get those bills put together and passed. It's not enough to just lob the grenade, you then have to take control of the situation you created. Matt's just a bomb thrower.

Matt's district is heavily populated with active-duty military members and retired military members. Did he hold any meetings with these folks to gather their thoughts on a government shutdown? No. Matt was too busy trying to get rid of McCarthy.

Matt wanted McCarthy ousted because McCarthy worked with the Democrats to pass the interim spending bill. Then Matt used the Democrats to oust McCarthy in the "vacate" motion. If it's bad for McCarthy to work with the Democrats, why isn't it bad for Gaetz to work with the Democrats? The level of hypocrisy here is positively breathtaking. Matt only had seven other Republicans vote with him to oust McCarthy. The other 208 votes were from Democrats. So, the guy who believes that he is the most conservative of Republicans could only get the votes of liberal Democrats and seven of his groupies?

As a bomb thrower, Matt doesn't care about the final results. Is he did, he might get involved with trying to produce results. The Republicans have a four (4) vote majority in the House. This is not the stuff of which legends and legendary legislation are made. My mom used to tell us, "You are not going to get everything that you want. Get used to it!" Apparently, Matt's mom failed to pass this wisdom to him.

So, while Matt claims that his goal is to get a budget passed, we squander time on picking a replacement Speaker. In 45 days, who will be the next fall guy for Matt's lack of serious effort? Matt complains that in his seven years in the House, we have never passed a budget. Tell me what Matt has done to combat this. Matt needs to shut up and get to work, today.

In the old days, when both of my sons worked for me at the restaurant, dinners at home were spent talking over issues at the restaurant. My sons were always telling me why I should fire someone or questioning why I had not fired someone. My response was always the same. "I have a lot of long-range plans, but they all involve one simple principle. I have to get through today to get to tomorrow. And I am going to work with whoever I have to and get through today."

Famed pugilist and philosopher Mike Tyson had this advice that Matt can use. "Everybody has a plan, until they get punched in the mouth." Get busy on that budget, Matt!!

Just say NO!!

 Let me get it out of the way early. I hate Taylor Swift!!

I have listened to country music since my early days at the Waffle House. Actually, before that when I worked at Biff-Burger, the jukebox would play "Patches" by Clarence Carter every 15 minutes through the shift. No matter what songs you picked, it would play your selections and then "Patches". But I digress, back to the current crisis. Mercifully, Taylor Swift changed from country music to whatever that is she sings now, I still don't care. I'm not listening. I listen to the "Classic Country" station because they NEVER play a Taylor Swift song.

You can't turn on the television, the radio, or go online without seeing a story about Taylor Swift and her latest love. Apparently, she is in lust with a pro football player named Travis Kelce. It's on the national news. It's on the sports shows. It's on the entertainment programming. The Taylor Swift story is like shit. It's everywhere!!

The only Swift that I ever wanted to hear about was John Kery getting "Swift Boated". Then again there were "Swift" brand meat products that I liked. It's hard to dislike a ham or bacon.

From what I can glean from all of the Taylor Swift stories is that about half of "Tay Tay's" hit songs are about her long list of loser lovers that she has gone through. What guy is his right mind wants to date a woman so that she can later trash him in a song or songs? Are they all closet masochists? 

The nation has a senile old crook with dementia as President. The economy is in the toilet. Crime is rampant. It's not safe to go for a walk. We are in a proxy war with Russia in the Ukraine. But then you turn on the news and the lead story is Taylor Swift. Are you serious?

Is there any good news in all of these stories about Taylor Swift? She's not a transexual. She's not a lesbian. Her last name is not Kardashian.

To sum it up, I am tuning out. I just don't care who is balling Taylor Swift. Looking at the calendar, the first sign of spring should be an album called "Tay Tay Trashes Travis".  Get it at a store near you. 

Singapore in September??

 I have been writing this blog for more than 18 years. In the early days, I had to install a page counter on here to see how many viewers that I had. Since those early days things have been easier as Google tracks my statistics. 

Every day when I check my blog, the summary of visitors displays on the opening page. In late May, my page view count took a sharp uptick and May ended as my best month ever to that point. In June, July and August, my page views continued to take large increases. Finally in September, my page views peaked at a number that was 2000% higher than my average for the previous 18 years. In October, page views are back to May levels. 

So why am I writing this? Because the stats also show the country where readers are located. The huge surge in page views came from Singapore. As I have never mentioned Singapore before on this blog, I am more than a little curious about what brought people here. But I doubt that it really matters. I am just always appreciative of those who take their time to read this swill. Since all of this is free, I am sure that you got your money's worth!!

I have never had any readers from Mexico or Central America. I have an occasional reader from Brazil. Other than that, I have no readers in South America. I have a few views a year from Hong Kong. So, what are the Top Ten countries for pageviews here? Obviously, first is the United States. I would love it if they could break it down by states, but they don't. The rest of the Top Ten in order is Singapore, France, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Netherlands, Romania, and Israel. What's fascinating about the rest of the list is that I had more views from the United Arab Emirates than from the United Kingdom. Resting somewhere in about the number twenty spot is the Peoples Republic of Canada. "Little Fidel" Trudeau probably has me blocked. 

What is my most read post? It is "Memo to Kathy Manning for Congress". Just as a matter of full disclosure, she was a frequent customer at a restaurant that I managed for years. "Personable" would not be on my list of words to describe her.
