Monday Evening Madness?

We live in a world of people with short memories. Democrats boasting about poll numbers today should remember the "Red Wave" of 2022. Polls aren't the same as election results.

There won't be a long delay in this election for California results. They have already started counting the results today, September 21.  Early voting sites will officially open on October 5. By then, the Democrat candidates will have already won. I doubt that it will happen, but if Republican candidate Steve Hilton wins, look for the suicide rate in Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Francisco to skyrocket. But California Dims will of course, blame Donald Trump.

A big RMOL "Thank You" to the Buffalo Bills for deciding not to honor O.J. Simpson at their new stadium. Some fans are upset by this decision. Their IQs are below Simpson's jersey number. 

Dutch philosopher Baruch Spinoza once wrote, "No matter how thin you slice it, there will always be two sides." Obviously, Spinoza would have never made it as a television news anchor today.

After forty years of lying to North Carolinians, Roy Cooper wants to be elected to the United States Senate where he can take his legendary lying skills to Washington. Forget everything that Roy Cooper did in his years in state government and just focus on the COVID years. His 888-day state of emergency that gave him special powers. His leaving the state without ever telling the Lt. Governor, who according to the NC State Constitution would run the state in Cooper's absence. Eight years, numerous trips out of state and not a single notification to the Lt. Governor. Who's bullshitting whom? If Cooper wouldn't obey that law, what others did he ignore?

How about Crooked Roy marching in that "Black Lives Matter" parade? I can only surmise that COVID was not transmitted during that march. I doubt if that was true for other social diseases. There's a guy somewhere here in North Carolina who came home from that march with a case of the clap. Was it Roy?

North Carolina, where Cooper kept liquor stores open and limited churches to ten people in attendance Forget that there were more than ten people in most liquor stores, where did that ten number for churches come from? 

The biggest joke in North Carolina was the press conferences that Cooper held from the bunker at the Emergency Services place. Pre-approved reporters called in questions that they had previously submitted to the Governor's office for approval. Cooper, who banned people from going to barber shops, never looked like he needed a haircut. I guess that was all in the pre-show makeup job.

Unlike Cooper, Joe Biden never used makeup for appearances. They didn't have a makeup artist at the funeral home where he stayed.

While COVID was breaking out across the nation, Roy Cooper flew to Tampa. Florida for a fundraiser. Don't waste your time denying this, a friend was a manager at that hotel. Hell, I lived in Tampa for 23 years and I didn't even know that Floridians could vote in the North Carolina's governor's race. I can only surmise that Cooper had bled North Carolina donors dry by that point.

What did Mandy Cohen and Anthony Fauci have in common, other than holding top posts in the federal medical regulation system? Neither has ever really had an actual position where they practiced medicine with actual humans. They are both like "consultants". A consultant is a guy who knows eighty ways to please a woman but has never actually dated a woman, much less had sex with one.

Mid-Week Wit and Wisdom?

 At the first mid-term political convention in American history, Donald Trump promised everyone a $5000 payday if the Republicans win the fall Congressional elections. We have come a long way from "a chicken in every pot."

In Greenville, South Carolina a "street takeover" with a crowd gathered around a couple of cars doing burnouts in an intersection resulted in 80 arrests. A new law in South Carolina makes it a crime to "aid and abet" by watching the performance. The police also seized ten firearms from the "mostly peaceful" crowd. For spectators, the worst part was that the police seized and impounded 38 vehicles. I am not Nostradamus, but I don't see watching another "street takeover" in a lot of those folks' futures. Especially if their parents had to pay to get their cars out of the impound lot or "car jail" as we used to call it.

Have there been any Ashley Biden sightings lately? Joe Biden may have set a record as the first President with two children as drug addicts. 

The bad news is that there have been numerous Hunter Biden sightings and media contacts. Hunter is like dog shit on the shoes of the American public. There's just no easy way to get it off your shoe. It keeps stinking! Just go away, Hunter!!

I am not much of a college football fan. However, checking the headlines the other day, I saw that the University of Michigan had beaten Western Michigan 13-12 on a touchdown pass after officials decided that there was one second left on the clock despite all of the videos showing that time had expired. The NCAA changed their rules about clocks on Tuesday which was a tacit admission that Western Michigan was the real winner. The president of Western Michigan appeared on the news saying, "We won that game!" He was right.

In college football, large schools like to bring in some little college team so that they can kick off their season by mauling some team. Basically, the large school is paying the little school to take an ass beating. Obviously, Western Michigan did not get the memo. For Michigan to only score 13 points against Western Michigan shows that something big is wrong with Michigan football. Just for the gamblers among you, Michigan was a 27.5-point favorite. If you took the points and bet on Western Michigan, you are walking tall today.

There's obviously a certain risk involved in paying a team to take a beating. In 2007 Appalachian State went to Michigan and beat them 34-32. In 2022, Texas A&M paid Appalachian State to go to College Station, Texas and take a beating. Appalachian won 17-14. Maybe, it's time for college athletic directors to rethink this warmup game scheduling process?

How about that John Fetterman appearing on video at the Republican convention? Democrats always scream about how we need to be more bipartisan in politics. I am pretty sure that this is not what they had in mind.

I have absolutely no interest in ever going to New York City for any reason. If Mayor Zero Mamdani shows up at that 9/11 remembrance ceremony tomorrow, I think that he will regret being in New York City. I believe that the potential for things turning ugly is pretty high.

In an incredible coincidence in Los Angeles, Mayor Karen Bass resigned from the city Homeless Services Authority just after a US House DOGE Subcommittee demanded answers about alleged “waste, fraud and abuse” involving more than $1 billion in federal funds. The House panel also wants her to appear on September 15. "Nothing to see here, folks?"

If Greasy Gavin Newscum is not the poster boy for the "Arrogant Pompous Ass" competition, then who is? Gavin Newscum is everything that is wrong with politics today. He has checked ALL of the boxes!

Finally, in Socialist Seattle, the police chief is now using the term "trigger pullers" to describe "shooters". I can only surmise that in Seattle, rapists are now called "penis pushers".

"Aesthetic Injury" and other Fables

 The Supreme Court decided that construction can continue at the White House on the new West Wing. It was a 5-4 vote in which Chief Justice John Roberts demonstrated that he is an even bigger dumbass than many of us had previously believed.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States had filed suit against Trump claiming that the construction violates the law. The Court ruled that the Trust had no standing to file the suit. The Trust's entire case was based on one of their members, an Alison Hoagland, who claims that she would be traumatized by having to view the new building about once a month when she ventured to that neighborhood. 

According to the filing by the Trust, "She asserts that having to view the finished ballroom the government is constructing would cause her to suffer “injuries” to her “aesthetic, cultural, and historical interests” because she finds the “scale,” “height,” and “massing” of the government’s design distasteful."

Good grief!! I can't believe that the government is causing "aesthetic injuries" just to build a ballroom at the White House. What I really can't believe is that a team of lawyers put that phrase together and filed it with the United States Supreme Court. 

The National Trust for Historic Preservation wants the construction stopped because one (obviously very special) woman will be offended. I am just curious, is the distinguished Ms. Hoagland offended when circus tents and porta-jons are put on the White House grounds for large dinner events? Do they have those in "historical" models?

For those who don't want to go there, here are the highlights of the claim.

"To establish its standing to bring this case, the Trust relies on a declaration from a single of its members, Alison K. Hoagland.  Hoagland says that she lives in Washington, D. C., and expects to visit the neighborhood around the White House “about once a month.” She asserts that having to view the finished ballroom the government is constructing would cause her to suffer “injuries” to her “aesthetic, cultural, and historical interests” because she finds the “scale,” “height,” and “massing” of the government’s design distasteful. On the strength of that declaration, the Trust contends, it has Article III standing to challenge the East Wing project."

"This Court has not found standing in circumstances like these before. To the contrary, we have repeatedly held that mere offense, disagreement, or distaste does not qualify as a concrete and particularized injury under Article III. As we have put it, “this Court has long made clear that distress at or disagreement with the activities of others is not a basis under Article III for a plaintiff to bring a federal lawsuit.” Instead, to secure standing a plaintiff must identify some concrete and particularized injury “other than the psychological consequence presumably produced by observation of conduct with which one disagrees.” 

In his dissenting opinion, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote this, "The White House is not just any building, and—when it comes to historic preservation—Hoagland is not just any person."

Sorry John, but she really is jurat another person. I don't give a rat's ass about what Alison Hoagland thinks of the White House! There are millions of people with an interest in historic preservation. What about all of the statues that have been torn down and all of the buildings renamed? Why were opinions of people not considered by the Federal courts in those cases?? 

Tuesday's Tantalizing Taunts and Topics

 All Canadians have free medical care. So why do so many Canadians come to the United States for medical procedures? If it's free, it has to be great, right??

Socialized medicine in Great Britain is the reason that so many people in Britain never go to a dentist or at least their "smiles" seem to reflect that choice.

One of Obama's old girlfriends claimed that Obama could never bring himself to admit that there is a problem with many black people and Jewish folks. The word that the Big O is unable to say is "anti-Semite". He can't say it, but he has no problem displaying it. How long before Michelle will allow him to admit it?

Texas Democrats went straight to the clown car to get James Talarico, their US Senate candidate this year. Do they not screen people who want to be a candidate? Is there any qualifications list for that job?

In Michigan, Democrats screamed "Hold my beer!" to Texas Democrats as they selected Abdul El-Sayed to be their US Senate candidate. I guess that he was their second choice after the late Yasser Arafat. I can almost hear Ray Stevens singing "Ahab the Arab" in the commercials.

Of course, I should not be picking on Texas or Michigan with North Carolina Democrats trying to push another six years of "public service" by Roy Cooper down the throats of Carolina voters. Just remember, "No Mo Ro Co".

Players who can't make the grade in the NFL are now going back to college for their fifth year of slopping at the NIL trough. I am sure that the fifth year is really all about getting their degree in General Studies.

Lindsay Clancy in Massachusetts sent her husband out to run errands and killed their three children while he was out. How long can it take to decide that she is guilty but not insane? This woman is pure evil.

If New York City mayor "Zero Momfanny" is serious about subsidizing city owned grocery stores so that voters can get cheaper groceries by paying higher taxes, he should consider this quicker solution. He should just subsidize existing grocery stores so that they can lower their prices. What business has government ever run that worked as well as promised? I will wait. 

What job did Mayor Zero ever hold that gave him the job experience to be the mayor of New York City?

The obsession of Americans with sports may have reached a peak. On August 22, in Racine, Wisconsin a 41-year-old man ran on to the football where his son's team was playing and tripped a 9-year-old boy who was about to score a touchdown for the other team. He was caught by police later and issued a citation. To no one's surprise, he has been banned from future games.

Liberals have spent the last forty years renaming military bases, streets, schools, stadiums and sports teams. Now they are bitching because Trump renamed Lake Ontario. Gimme a break!!

The US Supreme Court ruled that Trump can keep building the new West Wing of the White House. I can find no evidence of any lawsuits when the West Wing or the East Wing was originally built. Didn't that construction change the look of the White House? Did anyone sue the British for trying to burn it down during the War of 1812? Democrats are acting like Trump is removing Obama's basketball court or Clinton's favorite restroom near the Oval Office.

I used to think that the Top Dog Law commercials were mindless and racist. That was before I saw a commercial for the Allied Legal Group. It's safe to assume that they are all Democrats.
