Miss Alenius Monday Madness and Snarky Remarks

Last week, it was announced that the FBI is investigating the crash of the M/V Dali into the Francis Scott Key bridge. While there are no indications that anything other than mechanical failure issues caused the collision, the FBI the is expected to put the blame on former President Donald Trump. Trump is obviously responsible for his failure to build barriers around the span after a similar incident at the Sunshine Skyway in 1980. Democrats in the House are already calling for impeachment proceedings. Dims claim that the bridge collapse is all part of a Trumpian plot. Here is their explanation. The Sunshine Skyway has one end in St. Petersburg. Trump has visited St. Petersburg. The Salvador Dali Museum is in St. Petersburg.  The ship that hit the Key bridge in Baltimore was named the Dali. According to Rep. Dan Dickhead Goldman, all of the evidence is right in front of us. Adam Schiff claims that he has all of the information on this plot and will release it after he is elected to the US Senate. I'm not waiting for the story.

As the current resident of the White House, Biden denies all responsibility, claiming instead that a local tribe of Indians tried to eat the engineers that he sent to assess the situation when he was Vice-President. Apparently, there is a MAGA reservation near the bridge.

The other day in Pennsylvania, Joe Biden suddenly remembered that an uncle of his had been consumed by cannibals in New Guinea during World War 2. He waited until he was running for President at the age of 81 to remember this story. Reporters were unable to find anyone who believed this story and who was NOT wearing a "Build Back Better" button. They did find one young man who believed the story, but his opinion was disqualified when a reporter noticed that he was wearing an "Inflation Reduction Act' tee shirt.

The State Department claims that it is trying to improve relations with Papua New Guinea to fight off the increasing Chinese influence in the area. Here's a quote from The Guardian about Joe's latest fable. “I am lost for words actually,” said Allan Bird, governor of the province of East Sepik, who was recently selected as the alternate prime minister for the opposition. “I don’t feel offended. It’s hilarious really. I am sure when Biden was a child, those are the things he heard his parents say. And it probably stuck with him all his life.” China says "Thanks, Joe!"

Joe must have liked that story, he told it twice on the same day. I loved the second telling when he added, "For real" to the story. Biden always adds things like "for real" when he realizes that acknowledging the story as pure bullshit won't get him reelected.

Who could possibly have questioned a story like that? Of course, Biden said that Uncle Bosie flew a single engine reconnaissance plane while the plane that he crashed in was a twin-engine attack/bomber aircraft.  Joe claimed that his Uncle Bosie was shot down. The Army claims that the plane had engine problems and crashed into the Pacific. There was one survivor from the crash. Better saved than sushi? Did the cannibals have to go out in a boat and recover the bodies before dinner? Were the bodies so salty from being in the ocean that they just dried them for jerky? Inquiring minds want to know, Joe!!

Before he became President, Joe Biden reported $11 million in income from a book. I have never heard anyone, even the butt lickers in the news media, quote a Biden book. Book deals are the new payoff technique. They are just deferred bribes. I think that towards the end they were giving away a free Hunter Biden artwork with the purchase of every Biden book. They were also stocking the Biden books at Hunter's favorite porn shop.

Most Presidential books are written by "ghost" writers. One notable exception is "Dreams from my Father" published before Obama was President. Most people of more than a room temperature IQ level consider this to have been a volume of fiction by the future Fuhrer. More important than what Obama put into the book is what he left out of the book.

One President who did actually write his books was Richard Nixon. I recommend "In the Arena".

The House has approved another $60 billion to be flushed into the Ukraine. That should get them to May before they will need more money for bribes and corruption.

At some point in time, Congress and Biden are going to have to decide whether they want the United States or the Ukraine to survive. Bonus points if any of them remember that a bad economy and high inflation is what brought Hitler to power.

I was going to end with the previous paragraph, but it brought up another story. In my life in the restaurant business, I would have to regularly discuss issues about service or food quality with employees after customer comments or complaints. If I talked to a waiter or waitress regarding a customer's complaint about service, they would always tell me that they had given great service. The cooks would always tell me that they had cooked the food perfectly. Neither group could understand that it was the customer's opinion that counted. It's the same way with the government. They can keep telling us that the economy is booming, but if you can't afford gas, rent and groceries it doesn't matter what they tell you. They just keep telling us that we don't know how good we have it, and nobody believes them. That's the ticket to a revolution. You can only rule with the consent of the ruled. Check a history book!!
