The Mourning After?

Yesterday's elections results may prove to be the wake up call the Republican party has been needing. The United States elected a man who is only half black, but a complete socialist as President.

The GOP has been on the slide since the second term of Ronald Reagan. Reagan had tremendous voter support yet failed to reduce the size of government. The father and son Bush team failed to follow the ideas that Republicans have advocated for years. The only success that Republicans have experienced in the the past twenty years has been to convince voters that there is no difference between the two parties.

1. Did we run the best candidate? If the GOP is to be the party of conservatives, we probably need to run a REAL conservative. The "big tent" idea is bullshit and a failure. Let the Democrats keep that one.

2. We need to motivate voters. John McCain is a good guy, but watching him on television is video Sominex. Sarah Palin is a good communicator but the "professionals" tried to make her into something that she is not.

3. The mainstream media gave Obama a free pass on about everything, yet during the "debates", McCain failed to bring this out. We need to go on the attack today against the liberals and not stop until we die.

4. We are going to have to tell people the truth even when they don't want to hear it. Who gives a rat's ass if Pelosi says, "Those Republicans are the nicest people." I don't want to be nice, I want to be right. I want to do it my way.

5. The real danger is that A and B can conspire to screw C. We need to keep A and B at odds with each other.

We need to get busy today and start making changes. It's only 24 months until the next election.

Tomorrow- Palin for President???
