IQ Tests for Feds?

 It's obvious that we need to administer IQ tests to federal judges. A federal judge has ruled that Trump cannot keep transgenders out of the military. Memo to moron judges: Trump is the Commander-in-Chief of the military, you are not. Trump can ban fat people, criminals, bearded people, alcoholics, drug addicts and scores of other breeds unsuited for military service. A careful reading of the United States Constitution would show that the Commander in Chief does not report to District Court Judges. Try reading!!

It's amazing that Federal judges are not only ignorant about the Constitution, but they also don't show any evidence of having read that same document. Trump needs to declare martial law, enrage Democrats across the land and jail some federal judges. We all have our dreams. 

Judge "Bozo" Boasberg has been selected to handle the "Signal-Gate" case in the DC Court. He said that this is a result of an electronic lottery system used by the court. One has to watch a replay of the Beverly Hillbillies where Phil Silvers tried to sell Jed Clampett New York's Central Park to find a bigger swindle. No one who can read without moving their lips believes this story.

It's only my forecast but look for a swell in population for the District of Columbia as suckers flock to the city attracted by such an easy to pick the winner lottery system. Other than federal judges, when was the last Powerball winner from the District of Columbia? Asking for a friend.

I spent the day at the Carolina Pickers Antique Festival at the Denton Farm Park. I realize that this is not a scientifically based sample of random thoughts from Americans, BUT exactly zero people who I spoke with at this event mentioned "Signal gate" to me. The liberal spin machine, pardon me, the news media is going to have to work much harder to get Americans to worry about some has-been magazine editor or writer who claims that he got secret war plans on his cellphone. The public interest is actually even lower than the complainant's credibility. 

Things are so "messed up" in Washington that Democrats have paid some witch doctor to try and bring back Joe McCarthy as a Democrat.

The really sad part about all of these federal judges is that they aren't smart enough to see that they are less credible than the National Enquirer or MSNBC. Of course, that is setting a pretty low bar, even for a federal judge.

Long ago and far away, when I still lived in Tampa Florida, there was a judge with the nickname of "Hanging Harry". About anything more than a parking meter violation would cause him to issue a severe and lengthy sentence. After more than twenty years on the bench, he became the State Attorney for Hillsborough County. In 2000, after eight years as State Attorney, he committed suicide. He had accumulated a sizable mountain of debt from his love of greyhound racing and his inability to pick winners. Memo to DC Circuit Judges: "Judge not lest you be judged" should be in every judge's daily prayers.
