I Got Your Oligarchy Right Here!!
Senator Bernie "Boris Badenov" Sanders and his sidekick Rep. AOC "Natasha" are touring the country on their MAMA tour. That's Make Americans Miserable Again or Make America Mediocre Again, you pick.
Natsha and Boris claim that that United States has become an "oligarchy". That's the idea that the nation is run by a small group of people. Before going on to anything else, I suggest that Boris and Natasha check the turnover rate in the United States Congress. What percentage of the population is the Congress? But let's move on.
The real oligarchy that liberals don't want to talk about is that the federal government is actually dominated by a group of about 900 federal judges, none of whom were elected. It's time for some serious changes in the federal judiciary.
Right now, Judge James "Bozo" Boasberg is trying to insert himself into the job of President. I don't hear liberals chanting that no one elected Bozo as President. How about Judge Tonya Slutkan, also in the DC District court? She's just openly functioning as a Democratic operative. It's time to clear the bench in the DC Court.
Before you lose your mind and start ranting about how the US Constitution protects all of these wannabe presidents posing as federal judges, allow me to direct you to Article III of the Constitution which establishes the federal courts.
No where in Article III are lifetime terms mandated or even mentioned. The only thing the founders seemed to be concerned about was that the pay of the judges cannot be reduced during their term. There is no mention of how to remove a federal judge. There is not even a mention of the process to become a federal judge. So basically, all of the rules about how federal judges assume office were created by the Congress which means that it can be undone by Congress. We don't need a Constitutional amendment; we just need a Congress with a spine.
For those who say that the Constitution mandates a life term, the Constitution says that judges " shall hold their offices during good behaviour". On what planet does that translate into a lifetime job? I don't believe that the judiciary's interpretation of that statement into a lifetime job is valid. We don't let jobholders decide their term of office. The voters decide.
We need to mandate a five-year term for ALL federal judges with a maximum of two terms at any level. We need to end the retirement plan for any future judges. Why would we pay anyone as much to not work as we paid them to work? In what solar system does this make sense?
If Congress is unwilling to rework the judiciary, then we need to work on replacing the Congress. These are just criminals protecting one another. Congress needs to start impeaching a judge a week until we start seeing a flood of resignations out of the judiciary. Start with Judge Bozo!!
Don't waste your time looking for Article III of the Constitution. I have provided it below as a reader service.
Article III
Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.
The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury; and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
