Saturday Morning Confusion VER. Phony Fani 1.0

 Biden criticized the House of Representatives for taking two weeks off. Maybe they should have just gone to Rehoboth Beach with Joe? They could all take turns driving Joe's Vette and rearranging the classified documents stored in the garage next to Hunter's drugs. Maybe a boatload of illegal immigrants could land on the beach in front of Joe's place? Aren't Democrats always talking about everyone getting "their fair share"?

Yesterday, in New York City, deranged Judge Engoron sentenced a guy to death for a parking meter violation. 

Judge Engoron claims that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million. Who does he do appraisal work for? I need him to appraise my house to eliminate my property tax bill. There are mobile homes in Florida that sell for more than a quarter of a million dollars. Engoron's next career is NOT in real estate. I think that they have been misspelling the judge's name. It must actually be EnMoron. I will pass that one on to Trump.

What will Letitia James do now with her time? Will she actually work to protect New Yorkers from those busloads of immigrants that her liberal buddies are sheltering? Maybe she and Fat Alvin Bragg can appear on America's Got Talent with a dance routine? 

Since AG James has destroyed the real estate business in New York, now she can go after those folks selling "Designer" clothes. Jeans that cost $5 to produce are selling for a couple of hundred bucks. This may actually benefit more of her constituents than the Trump case. Maybe she could find at least one victim in the overpriced jeans thing. That would be more than she found with Trump.

Judge Scott McAfee in Georgia used to work for Phony Fani Willis at the DA's office in Atlanta. That was about ten years ago when he was fresh out of law school and Phony Fani supervised some department in the DA's office. On Thursday, it looked like he still worked for her as he failed to rein in her theatrical production of "I'm a Black Woman" in his courtroom.  I kept waiting for some background music with Helen Reddy singing "I am woman, Hear me roar". Instead, I heard "They are coming to take me away" by Napoleon XIV. On Friday, Phony Fani was nominated for five Academy awards for her performance. I think that she is a shoo-in for "Best Performance by a Lying Black Woman".

We always hear that judges in these cases are randomly selected. I believe in an old saying that "Only God can make a random selection." So, a 34-year-old with less than a year of experience as a judge is handling a case of this magnitude. You're shitting me, right? This is even less believable that Judge Slutkan in Washington DC being "randomly" picked for Trump's case. Let's have the Powerball people start doing these drawings for judge assignments. At least they do it openly on television.

Judge McAfee was appointed to the bench by Governor Kemp and is running in an election later this year. If he rules against Phony Fani, what are the odds that he will get elected in Fulton County which is overwhelmingly black and Democrat? He's got that lawyer gig to fall back on.

I have heard the phrase "bat shit crazy" but watching Phony Fani in the courtroom on Thursday was an enlightening definition of the meaning of that phrase. They can list 'Phony Fani" as a synonym for "bat shit crazy" in the New Urban Dictionary.  

On Friday, they brough in Phony Fani's father to testify that he did not know when she and Wade started their affair, but he was sure it was not before the date Phony Fani claimed. That was like asking Joe Biden if he knew when and where Hunter was balling hookers and crackheads. At least Joe doesn't pull out a magnifying glass to read a document. That kind of destroyed Phony Fani's father's testimony about what he had seen while living at Phony Fani's house with her. 

"The heat is on" took on a new meaning as Nathan Wade went through three or four bottles of water during his testimony. No one else in the room seemed to be sweating as profusely as Mr. Wade. Wonder why? If he remains as the lead attorney to try Trump, they will have to station the Aquafina truck right at the curb by the courthouse. 

After hearing a question to Wade, I got up and went to the refrigerator for a drink. When I sat back down, he started to answer the question. I asked my wife if she had paused the television. She told me that he had to think about his answer. Then the answer was "yes" or "no". Who takes a minute for a yes or no question? A liar? If they had asked a tough question, I could have taken the dog out for a walk while waiting.

There was a sign that Wade is not as crazy as Phony Fani. When asked if he keeps large amounts of cash at his home, he responded by saying that it would be kind of stupid to announce that fact. Phony Fani is obviously crazy or stupid as she made it clear that she keeps lots of cash on hand at her home. Before she left the witness stand, 27 people had been arrested for trying to break into her home. The line of potential burglars was so long that they were giving out numbers to those waiting in line. The Sheriff dispatched a prison bus to the house to bring in those being arrested. Film at Eleven!!

The real test for fairness will be how long it takes the IRS to start an investigation of how much cash Phony Fani has accrued from "grinding". I am not sure of what that is, but that was her answer for the source of the cash. Meanwhile, over at Wade's office, people are apparently lining up to pay him in cash. He also charges everything to his corporate credit card and then lets his accountant sort it out. Will this be a new method of accounting that the IRS will approve for all of us?

Watching "The Five" later on Fox, Jimmy Faila said that if a cop asks you "Have you been drinking?" and you take 45 seconds to answer, you are on the way to jail. Does that mean Nathan Wade was lying? Is Phony Fani Willis "Bat shit crazy"?

For my entire life, I have heard Yankees ridicule "Southern Justice". Like everything else from a Yankee's mouth, it was a distortion. Watching the Yankees turn on one of their own, Trump, you realize that there is no justice in Mudville. There are only crooks. Yankee=Hypocrite
