Monday Morning Quarterbacking

Let's go to the land of "make-believe" where all of the liberals live. Pretend for a minute that you are a purchasing agent for the state government. You sign a contact with a lady you know who operates a lawn mowing service for suburban homes. So, you sign a contract with her to do all of the landscaping services at the courthouse. She's going to take care of all of the plants, the trees and the walkways, despite lacking any experience in this area. Of course, they are also going to mow the grass. Because she is an attractive woman, you pay her twice what you were paying the previous landscaper. A few months after starting work, she takes you on an all-expense paid cruise to the Caribbean. Your relationship continues and she takes you to the California wine country and she pays for all of the expenses. As the county purchasing agent, have you broken the law? Of course you have.

Welcome to the world of Phony Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney. She hired a guy who has never tried a felony RICO case and paid him more than she was paying two other prosecutors who were also hired. If that's not enough, the actual RICO expert is in one of the firms that has been paid less than 15% of what Fani's boyfriend has been paid. Why not use the guy who actually has experience in these cases? Maybe he wasn't willing to take Fani to the Caribbean?

There is also an allegation that the "Special Prosecutor" has not been legally sworn into office. This is starting to sound like the Jack Smith story.

She was paying the actual expert in RICO cases $150 an hour and then $200 an hour, both rates are less than she was paying the attorney who is sleeping with her and has no RICO experience.

All of this racketeering talk is crap. The real issue in this case is "Is it illegal to challenge the results of an election?" If it is, you need to put Hillary and Al Gore in jail. In Georgia, they need to put Stacey Abrams, the Georgia Whale, in jail.

If anyone in the Fulton Couty DA's office could read a book, they would discover that in several past Presidential elections, there have been two slates of electors from the same state go to Congress. Congress decides which slate of electors to accept. No one has ever been charged with RICO offenses before this year.

Is this whole case a political scam? Of course it is. Fani Willis cries about people doing things to her because she is black. She fails to point out that all but one of those charged is white. Did she charge Stacy Abrams for contesting the results of an election? She and Trump are both making the same complaints. Why hasn't she been charged?

The guy to pity is poor Harrison Floyd who is being prosecuted for being a black man who supported Trump. This is what Negroes in power do to those who go "off the reservation."

Governor Brian Kemp could stop all of this if he could just grow a pair. Fulton County has destroyed a large portion of the ballots from that election. They have no actual proof that Biden won the election. They should just drop the case before it explodes in their face.

An acquaintance of mine in Tampa many years ago was a policeman who became an attorney. One day in a conversation about some issue happening in Tampa, he told me this. "Those who seek to enforce the law are compelled to first obey the law." Take that Fani!!
