 Claudine Gay is blaming "racial animus" for her resignation from the Presidency of Harvard. She's a little confused. "Racial animus" is how she got her job.

Gay received her PhD in 1998. Since then, she has written exactly zero books. How many other Harvard professors have never written a book? Hell, I could have cobbled a couple of books together from the swill that I spread on this blog. 

Someone spoke on the news this morning about the level of confusion that the whole Claudine Gay controversy is causing. It's so bad that Harvard professors are now praising plagiarism and people who purport to be "journalists" are attacking journalism. Who saw that coming?

I am sure that you have heard this one but, the tech support folks at Harvard are overhauling Gay's computer to remove the "copy and paste' and the "cut and paste' functions. That should prevent future plagiarism problems.

"Don't ask for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee". The president at MIT, Sally Kornbluth is treading water as she tries to remain president of MIT. I was stunned to find out that she is Jewish. I am more than a little stunned to find out that she is Jewish after hearing her response to Stefanik's question. Maybe she is one of those "self-loathing" Jews that Rabbi Dov Fischer writes about in the American Spectator?

Joe Biden came back from the Virgin Islands with a sunburned face. He had some skin cancer issues last year. I guess that he may even be a slower learner than we thought possible. Maybe Dr. Jill isn't as smart as we are told?  I have had a few skin cancers removed over the last several years. I rarely go outside without a hat and long sleeves. Maybe Joe thinks that the skin cancer won't happen again. Maybe after the election, he can just move to the beach. That is instead of the taxpayers having to pay to have his ass hauled there most weekends.

Talk is that the younger people on the Biden campaign are wanting to start comparing Trump to Hitler. Somebody needs to pick up a history book. Biden is the guy who wants to prevent his opponent from running. Biden is the one causing the rampant inflation. Biden is the one claiming that three million refugees came in over a "secure" border. Biden is the guy having his opponents arrested. Biden is the one whose administration is trying to limit free speech. Democrats claiming that Trump is like Hitler are out of touch with both history and reality.

The Department of Justice is suing Texas because Texas passed a law allowing Texas police to stop illegal immigration. It's not like the federal government is doing anything. So, the federal government claims that the state of Texas is breaking the law by enforcing the law that the federal government will not enforce. WOW! That makes perfect sense to a guy with dementia.

Today with more than 50 House members at the border, there were very few migrants at that place. Coincidence? I think not. The cartels and the Mexican government knew that the news crews would be there, so they took their business down the border a few miles.

Almost three years too late, the House of Representatives has started an impeachment inquiry into Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas. How long can this take? Be ready to vote on Friday.

Last, but certainly not least, the NFL has fined David Tepper, Carolina Panthers owner, who threw a drink into the crowd at Jacksonville as the game ended on Sunday and the Panthers got mauled again. Tepper was fined $300,000 for his conduct. Here's a few words of wisdom for you, Dave, "Don't shit where you eat."
