Happy Third of July

 Happy Third of July!! I wanted to get a jumpstart on the Fourth of July. 

I decided to decorate my front yard for the holiday. I have an M101 military trailer that was manufactured in 1953. That makes the trailer and I the same age, but the trailer may be in better shape. Anyway, I decided to decorate my trailer for the holiday.

Full disclosure notice: I write and swear better than I paint. So, I painted my M101 trailer in red, white and blue. That wasn't quite gaudy enough, so I salvaged three old letters from my collection of restaurant stuff and painted them to fit my holiday theme. I built a frame and mounted them.

Now, I am a guy who is looking for a Fourth of July parade looking for a gaudy military trailer to participate. Someone asked about my paint job. I told him that it was a 50/50 paint job. At 50 miles per hour and 50 feet away, it looks great!!
